UK based plus size fashion blogger AmandaApparel shares her look for back to uni and transitioning summer fashion into autumn.

It's that time of year, my lovelies! The kids are going back to school, and I'm going back to uni! Classes start a week from today and I'm actually really excited! I've missed my uni mates and I'm loking forward to getting back into an academic routine!

Now, I am NOT a huge fan of summer. It's just too HOT and SWEATY. I'm an autumn baby (November 16th is my 26th!) so I'm REALLY looking forward to packing away summer clothes.

This dress is great tor that seasonal transition because even though I'm bare legged, the high neck and long sleeves make it nice & comfy for the weather. Add tights and a jacket and it'll be perfect once the weather gets a bit more chilly!

So, has anyone noticed how I'm not wearing ANY black?! This dress has no black in it, so I thought I'd push myself to not accessorize with black. My Vagabonds were MADE to be worn with this grey wool hat!

Now, I was SHOCKED that this dress actually fit me. The new collection from H&M seems to go up to an XL (which I, a size 20/22/24 am wearing!!!), as opposed to their usual L. While I'm grateful because I just adore this dress, it's still not enough from H&M for me. Their plus collection is tragic compared to the straight collection.

When it comes to SUPER affordable tendy clothes, I think H&M, Primark, and Forever 21. Of those three, I think H&M put out clothes (in straight sizes) that I'd most like to wear. I hope in the future they either increase the sizing in their core collection past XL, or offer more in the plus size department.

Shop the look:
Dress: H&M

Hat: H&M

Shoes: Vagabond
Bag: Thrifted. Similar from Topshop
