UK based plus size fashion blogger AmandaApparel shares a comfy, casual look with pretty elements to glam it up in this outfit post!
Thanks to this poll I ran on Twitter, I decided to buy blue jeans instead of my traditional black
jeans. I gotta admit, it's taking some getting used to, but I'm learning to love them! Big thanks to everyone who voted! And if you're not following me on Twitter, what are you waiting for, hmm?
I wish I had enough cash to buy the rest of the outfit pictured above! That shirt dress (worn as a duster jacket in the photo) is LUSH! I did buy the cami vest, but in black instead of khaki green. Shocking, right?
Scott and I recently rearranged our living room, and I'm really loving this corner for outfit photos! Let me know what you think! Is it cute? Is it too cluttered? Is it too American? Let me know in the comments below!
Now, I know you're all living for my thigh high boots as much as I am. I'm SO pleased that they stay up over jeans! They slip down a wee bit, but that's expected because I do have to walk, haha! They never go below the knee though, which is fab!
I recently scored this tartain top in a Depop swap, and I'm super pleased! It's actually from Primark which usually doesn't fit me. But this size 20 is cut more like a 22-24. I did need to place a couple safety pins down the front to keep from getting that dreaded boob button gap, but that's to be expected I think.
I didn't want this look to be too casual, so I paired it with fab accessories! Obviously I had to wear the thigh high boots, but I also wore the gorgeous tassel earings from H&M that I featured on my birthday wishlist.
For the record, you should REALLY try this power stance! It is ridiculously empowering. I feel so tough and strong and unstoppable, it's unreal. It takes me from 0 to Beyoncé in a matter of seconds!
