What I Wore: Black Bodycon

8 Aug 2016

UK plus size fashion blogger AmandaApparel shares her new favourite little black dress from Simply Be in this outfit post.

Hello, my lovelies! How are all of you cuties? Guess who's back, and (shocker) wearing black? Hint: it's me. I've just moved into my new flat, I've submitted my last uni assignment for the semester, and work is going really well! Things are looking good for me right now, and I'm excited to get back into the blogging game!

My confidence had taken a turn for the worse recently, but this dress single handedly turned that right around! This is my first cold-shoulder garment, and tbh I've gotten 2-3 more since this one. I really didn't get the trend at first, but now I've converted. There are definitely different styles of cold-shoulder tops and dresses, and I like how this one is quite minimal. The dress is made of ribbed material which is stretchy, but doesn't get stretched out and droopy. It stays snug, which I love!

Seriously, would you look at my face and body language?! That is the face of a girl who is feeling her lewk. I'm thrilled that I'm feeling at home in my body again. I'm thinking about doing a blog post about my confidence and body image as an ambassador for The Body Confidence Revolution. Is that something you babes would be interested in? Let me know in the comments below!
