What I Wore: Autumn Florals

1 Oct 2016

UK plus size fashion blogger AmandaApparel wears a stylish autumn floral dress in this outfit post featuring pieces from Simply Be.

In the immortal words of Miranda Priestly, "Florals, for Spring? Groundbreaking." Now that it's autumn, I'm still all about florals. And Autumn is all about burgundy, so why not combine the two? This berry and blue floral dress is one of my favourites right now.

These are last year's over the knee boots. I got MAJOR use out of them, but the heels started coming off and I replaced them with the boots in my last outfit post. I was worried about replacing the boots because I loved my old ones, but the new ones are even better. They're faux leather instead of faux suede, and the calves fits even better than the old pair. Honestly, I'm a big fan.

I know this outfit might be a little plain, but I think the dress can hold its own. I did add a hat to mask a not-so-great hair day, but that's the only thing I'd really add. And you know me, I naturally had to match my lippy to my hat.
